Exposure to absolute–maximum–rated conditions for extended periods may affect device reliability. (2) All voltage values are with respect to network ground terminal. (3) In order to be consistent with the TI reliability requirement for the silicon chips (100K Power-On-Hours at 105°C junction temperature), the current should not continuously exceed 1275mA in the VIN pin and 2550mA in the SW pins so as to prevent electromigration failure in the solder.
