3 Description
The
TPS54320
is
a
full
featured
17-V,
3-A
1
Integrated 57-m
Ω / 50-mΩ MOSFETs
synchronous step-down converter which is optimized
Split Power Rail: 1.6 to 17 V on PVIN
for
small
designs
through
high
efficiency
and
200-kHz to 1.2-MHz Switching Frequency
integrated high-side and low-side MOSFETs. Further
space savings are achieved through current mode
Synchronizes to External Clock
control, which reduces component count, and by
0.8-V Voltage Reference With ±1% Accuracy
selecting a high switching frequency, reducing the
Low 2-µA Shutdown Quiescent Current
inductor's footprint.
Hiccup Overcurrent Protection
The output voltage startup ramp is controlled by the
Monotonic Start-Up into Prebiased Outputs
SS/TR pin which allows operation as either a stand
alone power supply or in tracking situations. Power
–40°C to 150°C Operating Junction Temperature
