12. AC waveforms
VM = 1.5 V for VCC ≥ 3.0 V; VM = VCC/2 for VCC ≥ 2.7 V.
VX = VOL + 0.3 V for VCC ≥ 3.0 V; VX = VOL + 0.15 V for VCC ≤ 2.7 V.
VY = VOH − 0.3 V for VCC ≥ 3.0 V; VY = VOH − 0.15 V for VCC ≤ 2.7 V.
VOL and VOH are the typical output voltage drop that occur with the output load.

The input (nAx) to output (nYx) propagation delays
VM = 1.5 V for VCC ≥ 3.0 V; VM = VCC/2 for VCC ≥ 2.7 V.
VX = VOL + 0.3 V for VCC ≥ 3.0 V; VX = VOL + 0.15 V for VCC ≤ 2.7 V.
VY = VOH − 0.3 V for VCC ≥ 3.0 V; VY = VOH − 0.15 V for VCC ≤ 2.7 V.
